My name is Thorsten Groetker.  I am an experienced former executive with a history of working in electronic design automation and IT security.  I have acquired broad managerial experience in international R&D and business settings during the past 15+ years after having established a successful track record in EDA research and as a software developer.

Former colleagues describe me as a diligent and enthusiastic leader, with a proven capability of managing cross-disciplinary activities in global high-tech organizations; experienced in driving strategic partnerships and collaborative innovation projects.  I have a track record of successful M&A projects including integration and organizational development.

Innovation is best enjoyed as a team sport.  I am co-author of "System Design with SystemC", "The Developer's Guide to Debugging", and “Post-Quantum Crypto for Dummies”.
